  • Publication number: 20260086769
Abstract: Techniques for efficient multi-dimensional data processing. For example, front end circuitry sorts tuples across a plurality of tuple buffers to provide conflict-free access to a corresponding plurality of input data banks without memory access conflicts, each tuple to associate an input data element of a plurality of input data elements with a corresponding weight data element of a weight tensor and a corresponding output data element of an output tensor; and execution circuitry to perform multiply-accumulate operations using a subset of the tuples, the execution circuitry to perform parallel multiplications with a corresponding subset of input data elements of the plurality of input data elements and a corresponding subset of weight data elements of the weight tensor indicated by the subset of the tuples, the execution circuitry to access the subset of input data elements from different input data banks of the plurality of input data banks without memory conflicts.

  • Publication number: 20220132208
Abstract: Permissions in a parental control system are managed by evaluating a set of current permissions settings, current interests, and the age of at least one child subject to the current permissions to derive one or more suggested modifications to the current permissions. The one or more suggested modifications are determined to be age appropriate for the at least one child and to be of interest to the child. The one or more current interests comprise prior usage data of the at least one child.

  • Patent number: 11316880
Abstract: A method of identifying cryptocurrency mining on a networked computerized device includes intercepting network traffic between the networked computerized device and a public network, and extracting Internet Protocol (IP) packet data of the intercepted network traffic. The IP packet data of the intercepted network traffic is evaluated such that if the intercepted network traffic is determined to be characteristic of communication with a cryptocurrency mining pool it is determined that the networked computerized device is mining cryptocurrency. One or more remedial actions are taken if it is determined that the networked computerized device is mining cryptocurrency, such as blocking traffic between the networked computerized device and the mining pool or notifying a user.

  • Publication number: 20220012365
Abstract: A method for applying electronic data sharing settings. The method includes determining a first image or a first plurality of images shared by a user to a first network-enabled application. A first plurality of image components are extracted from the first image or the first plurality of images, and access by the first network-enabled application to a second image or a second plurality of images stored on a computing device of the user is enabled based on the first plurality of image components extracted from the first image or the first plurality of images. A method for controlling internet browsing is further provided.

  • Patent number: 8145132
Abstract: A method and apparatus for reducing frequency space from code space search is disclosed in a wireless network. The method and apparatus reduces the frequency space without compromising the probability of detection, so that user equipment can expedite system acquisition and reduce power consumption. To reduce the frequency space, the described aspects note that the power spectral density of the WCDMA signal is essentially flat within the channel bandwidth. By capturing in-phase quadrature samples and doing frequency domain analysis of the signal in bandwidth around the center frequency, to the described aspects can eliminate some channels from the WCDMA code space search during frequency scan.

  • Publication number: 20080117959
Abstract: Techniques for selectively filtering a received signal in order to reduce false alarms in the detection of a synchronization signal are described. In one design, frequency characteristics of a received signal may be estimated. Large spectral peaks in the estimated frequency characteristics may be detected. Filter coefficients for a pseudo-whitening filter may then be derived based on the detected large spectral peaks. To derive these filter coefficients, a filter gain for each of multiple frequency bins may be set to a predetermined value if a large spectral peak is not detected or a value inversely related to the large spectral peak if detected. The filter gains for all frequency bins may be transformed to time domain and further processed to obtain the filter coefficients. The received signal may be filtered based on the filter coefficients to attenuate the large spectral peaks. The filtered signal may be processed to detect for the synchronization signal.
