  • Patent number: 11939382
Abstract: The disclosure relates to binding proteins, including antibodies, that bind to Programmed Death-1 (“PD-1”) and T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (“TIGIT”). The disclosure also provides compositions comprising such binding proteins and nucleic acid molecules encoding such binding proteins. The disclosure further relates to methods of treating a disorder or condition using such binding proteins.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 29, 2022
Date of Patent: March 26, 2024
    Assignee: MedImmune, LLC
Inventors: Yariv Mazor, Yue Wang, Gordon Moody, Deepali Malhotra, Michael Overstreet, Eleanor Clancy-Thompson, Karin Lee, Stacy Pryts, Scott Hammond
  • Publication number: 20230279352
Abstract: The disclosure relates to methods, cells, and compositions for preparing cell populations and compositions for adoptive cell therapy. In particular, provided herein are methods for expansion and proliferation of primary immune cells including T cell populations.

  • Publication number: 20210300989
Abstract: The present disclosure provides variant major histocompatibility complex class II (MHCII) beta chains, as well as heterodimers and multimers including MHCII alpha chains and the variant MHCII beta chains. Also provided by the present disclosure are nucleic acids, expression cassettes, and expression vectors encoding the MHCII beta chains. The heterodimers and multimers of the present disclosure have a higher affinity for CD4 co-receptors than comparable reagents including wild type MHCII beta chains, and therefore are advantageous for use in methods of phenotyping or activating CD4+ T cells.
