    Abstract: Provided is a method for producing 1,3-propanediol by means of fermentation of a recombinant microorganism. First, a recombinant microorganism is provided; the recombinant microorganism can overexpress acetyl-CoA carboxylase genes: accBC and accDA, a malonyl-CoA synthetase gene: mcr, a 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA synthetase gene: pcs, a 3-hydroxypropionyl-CoA reductase gene: pduP, and a 1,3-propanediol reductase gene: yqhD. The recombinant microorganism is subjected to fermentation culture in a flask or fermentor using glucose ad as raw material to obtain the 1,3-propanediol. The recombinant microorganism can utilize low-cost glucose, sucrose, molasses, xylose and the like as raw material in the fermentation process, without additional expensive vitamin B12. Thus, cost of the production is significantly reduced, and there is a promising prospect in market.

    Abstract: A method for producing ectoine by fermenting recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum. The recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum is obtained by overexpressing, in Corynebacterium glutamicum, an aspartokinase gene lysC of which feedback inhibition is relieved, then replacing the promoter of the dihydrodipicolinate synthase in the recombinant bacterium to attenuate the activity of the dihydropyrimidine dicarboxylic acid synthase, and then transforming the recombinant bacterium with the ectoine synthetic path related gene ectABC. The recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum can be fermented using different cheap raw materials under a low salt condition to produce ectoine, and use cheap corn slurry instead of expensive yeast powder as a nutritional component, so as to further reduce the costs of the raw materials. In addition, the recombinant Corynebacterium glutamicum solves the biosafety problem, simplifies the post-extraction process, and has a good market application prospect.

The method uses a short chain alcohol ROH as an acyl-acceptor, and utilizes a lipase as the catalyst to catalyze transesterification reaction of oil and fat feedstock with said short chain alcohol, so as to synthesize biodiesel; and online dehydration with a membrane or a molecular sieve is carried out during the whole process or part of the reaction process. Such online dehydration process greatly simplifies the operation procedure, and provides good economic and environmental benefits.
