Abstract: An auto-generation of supplier forecast method aims at resolving the problems of unpredictable material requirements with clockwork precision by the material forecast system in the manufacturing industry. By using a forecast arithmetic server to process forecasting of material requirements at the enterprise end, the invention allows for rapid transfer of the forecast report to the suppliers and material purchasing staff, and accomplishes the operations of material issuing and purchasing.

Abstract: An inventory management system for evaluating delivery execution ratio of component part supplier is established between computers of a product manufacturer and at least one component part supplier over a network connection. The inventory management system can regularly calculate a delivery execution ratio of each component part supplier based on estimated product demand sent by a product manufacturer, quantity of product promised by the component part supplier in response to the estimated product demand, and actual delivery of the promised quantity of product by the component part supplier.

Abstract: A system and a method with capacity and material target forecast, applied in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) of manufacturing industry to satisfy the requirements of E-fulfillment processes and CTP (Capable To Promise) multi-site production, to solve the problems of multi-site production, actual shipping and product sales, to decrease the stocking, and to ensuring correct material supply.
