    Abstract: A light valve device includes a driving substrate having a shading zone and a photic zone. A shading unit includes a first shading plate, two driving devices, and second shading plates respectively connected to the two driving devices. The driving devices and the first shading plate are fixed in the shading zone adjacent to the driving substrate. The first shading plate is between the two driving devices. The driving devices are operable to drive the two second shading plates close to the first shading plate to make the second shading plates face the photic zone of the driving substrate for preventing light entering the driving substrate. By locating the light valve device under the sub pixel, the dynamic contrast can be raised to promote the display effect.

A peak wavelength of a blue light emitted from the blue LED chip is in a range of 460±5 nm. The blue LED chip excites the yellow phosphor layer to emit a white light. The colour filter is disposed outside the yellow phosphor layer, and the white light emitted irradiates on colour filter. Through right shifting the peak wavelength of the blue band emitted from the blue LED chip to about 460 nm to realize the low blue energy and decrease the radiation. The transmittance of blue light of the colour filter is less than 7%, the transmission peak wavelength of blue light is in a range of 440-450 nm. The display module can decrease the energy of the blue band and ensure the display effect.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel. The method includes two steps. In step 1, before being pressed together, the first substrate and the second substrate are provided therebetween with a first photo spacer having a relatively high height and a second photo spacer having a relatively low height, which is the same as a thickness of the liquid crystal layer. In step 2, after the first substrate and the second substrate are pressed together, the first photo spacer and the second photo spacer each have a thickness being the same as the thickness of the liquid crystal layer. The method is able to reduce the thickness of an air layer caused by the inconsistency between the height of the photo spacer and the thickness of the liquid crystal layer when a liquid crystal cell is formed, thereby improving the display quality of the liquid crystal device.
