  • Patent number: 5237819
Abstract: Reversible hydraulic motors driven by fluid from variable displacement pumps are useful in driving various mechanisms of earthmoving machines. The subject pilot control circuit includes a pilot operated valve in each of a pair of signal passages which communicate a pilot signal from a control valve to a pump displacement control. The pilot operated valve in one of the signal passages is shifted to a position blocking fluid flow therethrough by the pilot signal in the other signal passage. An accumulator means stores a portion of the pilot signal from the other signal passage and causes the pilot operated valve in the one signal passage to remain in the blocking position for a predetermined time after the pilot signal is vented from the other signal passage.

  • Patent number: 4869065
Abstract: Reversible hydraulic motors drdiven by fluid from variable displacement pumps are useful in driving various mechanisms of earthmoving machines. It is desirable to control both the speed and direction of the motor with a single lever. The subject hydraulic control system includes a selector valve which has a fluid control section for directing pilot fluid to a reversing valve to reverse the direction of the motor. A signal control valve is mechanically actuated by movement of the selector valve to the operating position so that a regulated pressure control signal is directed to a displacement control of variable displacement pump to regulate the volumetric output of the pump and thus the operating speed of the motor.

  • Patent number: 4658854
Abstract: A guarding and clamping device wherein a plurality of control lines are held in position by resilient blocks on a support member of a work machine. The control lines are also protected and maintained in an ordered arrangement by cover guard.

  • Patent number: 3951431
Abstract: A self-storing step assembly comprises an upright U-shaped member having a pair of parallel legs each reciprocally mounted in a tubular housing secured to a vehicle. A compression coil spring is disposed in each of the housings, between a pair of annular guide members, to engage a respective one of the legs to raise the step member to its stored position and to permit a workman to engage the step member with his foot to move it downwardly against the force of the springs to a lowered position.
