Abstract: A grief management bracelet operable to assist a wearer in grieving for a loss of a loved wherein the grief management bracelet provides a plurality of discrete grieving periods during the wearing of the grief management bracelet. The grief management bracelet further includes an arm engaging member having a central zone adjacent to the outer surface of the wrist of a wearer. A central zone having a receptacle operable to store a small item is secured to the arm engaging member. A three dimensional thought provoking structure is integrally formed with a lid of the receptacle and is formed in an ornamental structure. The three dimensional thought provoking structure is positioned such that it will enter and exit the wearers field of vision throughout the period of wearing the grief management bracelet.
