    Abstract: The technology disclosed in this specification pertains to a heat-moisture treated fava bean protein concentrates having between 50% and 73% and a denaturation enthalpy from about 5.5 and 6.5 J/g. This is limited degree of denaturation. The disclosed heat-moisture treated fava bean protein concentrates are useful as emulsifiers, and good solubility in water, and reduced flavor.

A method for preparing a needle-shaped cylinder liner comprises spraying a coating liquid for preparing the needle-shaped cylinder liner onto the inner wall of a hollow cylindrical mould, and drying the coating liquid to obtain a mould with a coating attached to the surface of the inner wall; adding an inoculated iron liquid into the rotary mould, and cooling and demoulding to obtain a cylinder liner blank; and subjecting the blank to outer surface cleaning and forming machining to obtain the needle-shaped cylinder liner.

    Abstract: A thermal spraying device includes an electric arc spraying device, a rotatable worktable, spraying tools, wire placing racks and a master controller. The electric arc spraying device is arranged at a periphery of a rotatable worktable, the spraying tools are arranged on the rotatable worktable in a circumference direction, and each of the spraying tools is driven to rotate by a motor. The wire placing racks are arranged at an outside of the rotatable worktable, and each of the wire placing racks corresponds to one electric arc spraying device. The master controller is connected to the rotatable worktable to control the rotatable worktable. Compared with a handheld electric arc spraying gun, the spraying efficiency and the stability of the spraying quality are improved. A thermal spraying device having the electric arc spraying device is further provided.

The structure of the cylinder liner is phosphorus-containing acicular ferrite and carbon-rich austenite, wherein the phosphide eutectic is no less than 3%. The cylinder liner has a hardness of HRC38-43, Rm>400 MPa, high strength and good wear resistance, solves the problem of pearlite cylinder liner with low wear resistance and cast bainite with bad corrosion resistance.
