Abstract: The fuel tank adapter for a golf cart is configured for use with a motorized golf cart. The golf cart further comprises a fuel tank and a tank port. The fuel tank adapter for a golf cart is an extension device. The fuel tank adapter for a golf cart extends the tank port by creating a flow path that guides the liquid fuel from an inlet structure located on the exterior of the golf cart into the fuel tank through the tank port. The fuel tank adapter for a golf cart comprises a coupling structure, an extension structure, and the inlet structure. The inlet structure and the coupling structure attach to the extension structure. The coupling structure attaches the extension structure to the tank port of the fuel tank. The inlet structure receives liquid fuel from an external source and transports the received liquid fuel to the extension structure.
