  • Patent number: 8312833
Abstract: A pneumatic nozzle for roller coating is revealed. A workpiece to be coated is fixed on a rotating power source of a machine. A high-pressure pneumatic nozzle and a material supply nozzle, both corresponding to the workpiece, are arranged at the machine. The workpiece is driven to rotate by the rotating power source while the material supply nozzle applies coating material to the workpiece and the high-pressure pneumatic nozzle releases high pressure gas. The coating material attached on the surface of the workpiece is pushed by the high pressure gas and spread uniformly on the workpiece by rotating workpiece. Thereby the material is coated smoothly in a non-contact way and the thickness of the coating material is controlled in micron scale. This helps following manufacturing of three-dimensional microstructures on rolls for producing roll dies and increases the practical value.

  • Patent number: 8100422
Abstract: In a central transmission device of a four-wheel steering system, a turning output unit includes an output shaft extending rotatably through a rear wall of a housing for connection with a rear wheel turning mechanism, and a rotary disc coaxial and integral with a front end of the output shaft. The rotary disc has a radially extending slide groove. A turning input unit includes an input shaft extending rotatably through a front wall of the housing for connection with a front wheel turning mechanism, and a cam protrusion disposed eccentrically at a rear end of the input shaft. The cam protrusion extends into the slide groove and drives the rotary disc. The rotary disc turns reciprocally within a limited angle when the cam protrusion rotates one revolution.

  • Publication number: 20120013153
Abstract: An air-conditioned chair is revealed. The air-conditioned chair includes a chair and an air conditioner. The air conditioner consists of at least one first pipe and at least one second pipe. The first pipe is arranged with several vents corresponding to each of two edges on top of the chair. The vents are used to release gases for air-conditioning such as cold air. The second pipe is corresponding to a return air opening on the chair so as to recycle and reuse the gases for air-conditioning A cover is covered over the chair so as to form a small closed air-conditioned space. Thus good air-conditioning efficiency is achieved by lower energy consumption. The air-conditioned chair can be arranged at different vehicles so as to reduce vehicle power output and provide passengers greatest comfort.

  • Publication number: 20110005236
Abstract: An air-conditioning clothes system used in car, which has an air-conditioning device having a cooling unit and with air-conditioning clothes to be worn by the driver and passengers. The air-conditioning clothes include, in its interior, a pipe duct having air openings. The air-conditioning device is connected through connection pipe ducts to the air-conditioning pipe duct of the clothes so that cold air is driven by a convection fan located at the cooling end of the cooling unit of the air-conditioning device. When it is hot, cool air is delivered into the air-conditioning pipe duct of the air-conditioning clothes and is blown from the air openings to the ambient environment. When it is cold, warm air produced by a heating end converted by the cooling unit and driven by the convection fan to be dispersed into the ambient environment through the air openings provided on the air-conditioning pipe duct of the clothes.
