Abstract: A battery includes a shell, a cell module, and a circuit board. The shell includes a first housing, a second housing, and a third housing. The cell module includes a plurality of stacked cells. The circuit board is electrically connected to the cell module. The second housing and the first housing close in to form a first cavity. The first cavity is configured to accommodate the cell module. The third housing and the second housing close in to form a second cavity. The second cavity is configured to accommodate the circuit board. Along a stacking direction of the cells, the second housing isolates the cell module from the circuit board. The cell module and the circuit board are disposed in the first cavity and the second cavity respectively. The second housing isolates the circuit board from the cells in the stacking direction of the cells.

Abstract: A battery assembly including a first end; a first cell; a second cell, stacked with the first cell, the first cell and the second cell are electrically connected via their tabs to form a series tab assembly or a parallel tab assembly, wherein a gap exists between the series tab assembly or the parallel tab assembly and the first end; and a tab insulator, having a first part and a second part extending from the first part, and the second part is located in the gap of the series tab assembly or the parallel tab assembly at the first end. The battery assembly and the electrochemical device including the battery assembly realize a connection of a soft-package battery with external device(s) by a simple structure and have good current overload capacity.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present application relates to a battery assembly and an electrochemical device. The battery assembly includes a first cell including a first tab and a second tab; and a second cell stacked with the first cell; the first tab includes a first portion and a second portion extending from an end of the first portion and approximately vertical to the first portion; the third tab includes a first portion and a second portion extending from an end of the first portion and approximately vertical to the first portion of the third tab; the second portions of the first tab and the second portion are stacked and electrically connected. The battery assembly of the present application can achieve connection of the soft-package battery with external device(s) through a simple structure.

Abstract: The embodiment of the application relates to a battery assembly and an electrochemical device. The battery assembly includes a first end; a first cell; a second cell, stacked with the first cell, and a first insulator. The first cell is electrically connected with the second cell in series to form a first set of tabs in series, or the first cell is electrically connected with the second cell in parallel to form a first set of tabs in parallel. The first insulator at least covers the first end and being located in a gap of the first series tab assembly or the first parallel tab assembly at the first end. The battery assembly and the electrochemical device provided by the embodiment of the application can realize connection of a soft-package battery with the outside by a simple structure, and meanwhile, has good mechanical resistance and environment resistance.
