  • Patent number: 10739121
Abstract: A blasting mat including a number of resilient elements arranged in a number of parallel rows that are located in a number of predetermined regions of the blasting mat. The resilient elements in each region are respectively subjected to a preselected compression pressure, to cause each region to have a respective preselected density within a range of preselected densities. The preselected density of at least a second selected one of the regions is greater than the preselected density of at least a first selected one of the regions.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 24, 2019
Date of Patent: August 11, 2020
    Assignee: B2B Industrial Inc.
Inventors: Kevin James Fitzgerald, Denis Blais

  • Publication number: 20140017018
Abstract: A vacuum truck for the collection and discharge of a waste particulate material which includes a storage tank, waste collection and discharge assemblies and an air pump assembly. The air pump assembly is operable to induce negative and positive pressures within the storage tank. The collection assembly includes a vacuum inlet for fluid flow between the vacuum inlet and the storage tank inlet during air pump operation to induce said negative pressure. The waste discharge assembly includes a discharge conduit for conveying a pressurized fluid flow and entrained collected material from a tank materials outlet to an outlet end while the air pump assembly is operated to induces a positive pressure.

  • Patent number: 7143794
Abstract: A device for assisting in granular bed reconstruction projects such as catalyst bed construction, includes a frame, a tracked drive, a turret and a boom with an actuator to move the boom relative to the turret. The boom includes a tube for fixing to a vacuum source at one end and an opening for sucking catalyst granules out of the bed on the other end. The device can be operated remotely from a controller. The device is small enough and light weight enough to be able to gain access to the bed and to work on the catalyst without destroying the catalyst. Use of the device eliminates or considerably reduces the need to put persons within the reactor vessel for this stage of reconstruction.
