  • Patent number: 11922546
Abstract: Methods and apparatus to generate and display trends associated with a process control system are disclosed. An example apparatus includes memory, machine readable instructions, and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to generate a first graphical user interface. The first graphical user interface to include a graphical representation of a component in a process control system. The processor circuitry to generate a second graphical user interface. The second graphical user interface to include a chart region with a trend represented therein. The trend indicative of values of a process parameter of the process control system over a period of time. The processor circuitry to automatically generate the trend in the chart region in response to a graphical element being dragged and dropped from the first graphical user interface to the second graphical user interface.

  • Publication number: 20120091099
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for recovery and reuse of reagents are provided herein. In some embodiments, a system for processing substrates may include a process chamber for processing a substrate; a reagent source coupled to the process chamber to provide a reagent to the process chamber; and a reagent recovery system to collect, and at least one of purify or concentrate the reagent recovered from an effluent exhausted from the process chamber. In some embodiments, a method for recovering unreacted reagent may include providing reagent from a reagent source to a process chamber; exposing a substrate disposed in the process chamber to the reagent, forming an effluent; exhausting the effluent from the process chamber; and recovering unreacted reagent from the effluent in a reagent recovery system.

  • Patent number: 7755890
Abstract: The updating and consultation of flight documents, aeronautical maps and aircraft documentation is being facilitated by migration towards laptop-accessible electronic versions of these documents. To facilitate inflight exploitation of these documents, the laptop is connected to a docking station (105) itself connected to input (107)/output (106) peripherals accessible from flight decks. This docking station and these peripherals are mounted permanently in the cockpit. A laptop can then be introduced into the docking station so that the resources of this laptop can be exploited by the pilot or pilots during all the phases of a flight.

  • Publication number: 20030039547
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a blisk comprises the steps of cutting a disk to a rough shape comprising a hub with a plurality of blade blanks projecting radially therefrom, machining each blade blank by tangential milling using a tool with a rotation spindle perpendicular to the radial direction to make repeated radial passes, the tool being turned through a facet angle with respect to the disk between each pass. Each blade blank is thus milled to a blade having faceted surfaces. Preferably, the width of each facet is smaller that 5 mm, and adjacent facets subtend angles smaller than 5°, or even more preferably smaller than 3°.
