Abstract: The platform (1) comprises a rigid part (3) and an elastic part (4), the latter extending asymmetrically relative to the axis of the platform and continuously in a zone located above one of the edges (12) of the ski, which constitutes the outer edge of the ski, while the rigid part (3) is in direct contact with the ski on the side corresponding to the other edge (11), which constitutes the inner edge of the ski. A ski equipped in this way is less sensitive to edging mistakes.

Abstract: A gliding board is equipped with, in a binding and boot support region, a stiffener device to modify the stiffness of the board under the effect of a thrust, exerted by a user, toward the upper face of the board, wherein the stiffener device includes: an elongate upper platform to accommodate a boot binding on its upper face, the front end of the platform being secured to a point linked to the board; a rigid and nondeformable intermediate stud of fixed height located between the lower face of the platform and the upper face of the board; and means for stretching at least one part of the board under the action of a vertical thrust exerted in the rear region of the platform.

Abstract: A ski including a lower gliding face, bordered by ridges respectively constituting an outer edge (5) and an inner edge (4), the inner edge corresponding to the two opposite edges of two skis of a pair of skis for accommodating an intermediate device consisting of at least one platform (10, 30, 45, 60, 70, 85, 90, 91, 100) on which a safety binding, composed of a toe piece and a heel piece, is mounted, the longitudinal mid-plane (25, 66, 81, 108) of the platform being coincident with the longitudinal mid-plane (6) of the gliding board, when the device supports the skier's weight. The intermediate device includes means for shifting the position of the longitudinal mid-plane (25, 66, 81, 108) of the platform, relative to the longitudinal mid-plane (6) of the ski board and at least one return member (12, 22) for returning the two longitudinal mid-planes respectively of the platform and of the gliding board, back to the coincident position.
