    Abstract: A power tool includes a motor, a foot plate, a biasing element, and an accessory. The motor is configured to move a saw blade in a repeating pattern of movement. The foot plate defines a saw blade opening. The foot plate has a first lateral wall and a second lateral wall that are spaced apart from each other so as to define a storage space. The biasing element is supported by the foot plate and has a detent. The accessory defines a detent recess configured to receive the detent therein. When the accessory is located in the storage space, so that the detent is received in the detent recess, the accessory is interposed between the anti-tilt structure and the foot plate.

    Abstract: A backpack that has an outward appearance of a stuffed character, while providing an imbedded tracker device to monitor the location of a child. The backpack includes a main compartment, adjustable straps, and one or more small compartments. The exterior surface of the main compartment is adapted to repel water and illuminate in low light environments. The interior surface of the main compartment includes an insulated lining with pockets. The upper end of the main compartment includes a Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking unit therein. The GPS tracking unit is adapted to communicate with a server and a GPS satellite to disclose the location of a child that is carrying the backpack. The small compartments are adapted to store emergency supplies such as a first aid kit and an emergency contact card. In this way, the present invention facilitates parents and guardians in supervision and monitoring of a child.

    Abstract: A preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a foot assembly for a power hand tool such as a jigsaw that has an angularly adjustable support foot with a generally flat bottom, at least two spaced apart supports connected to the support foot, an elongated rod extends through apertures in the supports in a configuration that permits limited sliding movement and the angular adjusting movement of the support foot relative to the hand tool, a retainer member associated with the hand tool that selectively engages one of the supports to lock the support foot at predetermined angular positions, and a spring biases the retainer member toward engagement with the support. A second embodiment includes a removable transparent plate that attaches to the support foot and has a faux laser line for a cutting aid.

    Abstract: A portable filtered drinking water system for removing undesirable tastes, odors, and contaminants from potable water to improve the quality of the water for drinking or consumption. The device consists of a container that holds the potable water and has an air tight screw on cap. Mounted on the cap is an opening for a screw-in hand air pump to create air pressure inside the container and an opening for a faucet for dispensing filtered drinking water. Pulling up and pushing down several times on the hand air pump creates air pressure in the container that forces the potable water through a water filter located inside the container and up to a faucet to be dispensed when a lever is pushed down.
