  • Patent number: 11964363
Abstract: A grinding or polishing brush is provided and includes a main body which is rotatable about a central axis and is provided with bristles which extend with their center axes substantially in the direction of the central axis. In order, with such brushes, to permit pin point working, it is proposed that the center axes of the bristles have an inclination in the circumferential direction and/or inward in the radial direction. The effect which can therefore be achieved with the bristles is that they are supported against one another. In order to improve this, the bristles can be provided in an axial portion with film elements connecting them. The film elements may be able to come apart depending on wear.

  • Publication number: 20240017378
Abstract: Disclosed is a disk-shaped radial brush for grinding or polishing, including a plate-shaped central body having two side faces and a substantially central opening, and having a plurality of bristles radially extending away from the central body. In order to achieve an assembly of these radial brushes into brush rollers, it is proposed to provide the central body with protrusions on at least one of the side faces and with corresponding receiving members on the other side face. This allows utilizing corresponding radial brushes in brush rollers without slippage of individual radial brushes or without compressing them too much in order to avoid said slippage and thereby deforming them.

  • Publication number: 20180169802
Abstract: An articulated welding boom is disclosed, the boom having two guide modules above and below the primary swivel joint. The swivel joint itself is insulated from wire used to weld to prevent unwanted arcing. A wire feeder is mounted at an end of the secondary arm. Flexible wire conduit connects the guide module and the wire feeder, and the secondary arm folds down so that the operator can load or unjam the feeder without a ladder or lift.

  • Patent number: 5354088
Abstract: A coupling for releasably mounting a boot with boot binding to a turntable which is adjustably secured to a snowboard. The boot binding includes a plurality of extending lock pins each with a shoe releasably locking into arcuate slots in the turntable. The boot binding is quickly directed to the coupling with a set of guide pins protruding from the boot binding, which pods also serve as improved traction devices when the boot binding is disengaged from the turntable. Also extending from the boot binding plate is a latch pin held under spring bias which when aligned in a hold position, fits into one of several latch pin holes in the turntable. To release the plates from hold position, the latch pin is pulled from the latch pin hole by a flexible hand extension release device hand operated from a standing position and the plates are rotated to disengage the shoes from the arcuate slots.

  • Patent number: 5255551
Abstract: A motorized wire-drawing machine for manufacturing precious metal wire. A clasp plate is slidably supported by two support rods extending from the draw plate support block to a motor support block. Mounted parallel to the support rods and passing through a threaded hole in the clasp plate with threads matching the threaded rod is a threaded rod. Thus, when the threaded rod is rotated, the clasp plate moves longitudinally on the support rods and the threaded rod. The threaded rod passes through a hole in the motor support block to a motor drive shaft, connected to the shaft by means of an adjustable shaft that drives the threaded rod under normal resistive load from the wire but slides, disengaging the motor from the threaded rod, during high resistive loads. The clutch is adjustable to accommodate wire of various sizes and materials.
