  • Patent number: 9995804
Abstract: A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system includes an MRI magnet (100) including a bore (101) and having a magnetic field and a gradient coil (400) disposed within the bore and having an isocenter (404). A first location within the MRI magnet is determined with respect to a first predetermined reference surface of the MRI magnet, the first location representing a center (104) of the magnetic field. A second location within the gradient coil is determined with respect to a second predetermined reference surface of the gradient coil, the second location representing the isocenter. When the gradient coil is installed within the bore, the second predetermined reference surface abuts the first predetermined reference surface.

  • Publication number: 20060136564
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing bidirectional communication between a user agent and an Internet Web server. Some applications include user agent initiated on demand access to Web content without requiring a Web page reload, updating of shopping cart information, extension of displayed product information and tracking of user interaction history. Web content can be accessed in response to a user agent detectable event, including such as the selection of a text field or a button. This approach enables user agent resident JAVA script to access and process Web content before it is rendered to a user.

  • Publication number: 20020011023
Abstract: The present invention provides a tree staking system designed to support or provide supplementary bracing to a tree so as to maintain it in a substantially upright or other predetermined position when the tree is planted or replanted. More specifically, the subject tree staking assembly comprises at least one, but preferably two, or a plurality of support members. A tree strap assembly is used to removably, but securely, position the support members in spaced relation to one another about the circumference of a trunk of the tree being supported without actually encircling or girdling the tree. Consequently, the tree is not blemished or scarred. Advantageously, the assembly affords a system by which a tree can be supported in a predetermined, upright position by a single worker without the need for specialized parts or tools.
