    Abstract: A device, method, and system includes an integrated battery power controller configured to monitor a voltage difference between a first output terminal and a second output terminal; disconnect, via a switch, at least one of the first output terminal and the second output terminal from a power source if the voltage difference between the first output terminal and the second output terminal is less than a predetermined voltage threshold; and connect, via the switch, both the first output terminal and the second output terminal to the power source if the voltage difference between the first output terminal and the second output terminal is equal to or greater than the predetermined voltage threshold.
