    Abstract: A kit for attaching a set of wheels to a folding chair, thereby making it into a wheelchair combination for non-ambulatory persons. The kit consists of two side braces and two cross braces that are detachably connected at the ends by means of corner joints so that they form a frame with wheels attached to its underside. Hook bolts with wing nuts are used to connect the frame to the folding chair for quick attachment. The side braces can be folded back at one end to form foot rests.
