  • Patent number: 10286246
Abstract: A stand for an exercise device includes a generally planar body, a first leg extending downwardly from the body, and a second leg extending downwardly from the body. A first extension extends upwardly from the body and a second extension extends upwardly from the body.

  • Patent number: 10238906
Abstract: An exercise device for targeting the gluteus maximus muscle uses a stand to hold up a bellows pump against a vertical surface while a user repeatedly pushes the pump with a foot. The pump has a one-way inlet valve and a small restrictor opening to allow air to leave the bellows slowly, providing a mechanism for selecting different resistance values. A catch is used to keep the pump in the compressed position during storage.

  • Publication number: 20100030615
Abstract: A method for collecting and communicating inspection information for a vehicle is provided. The method comprises electrically transmitting repair order information from an original electronic repair order to initiate a repair on the vehicle. The repair order information designates a technician to perform the repair. The method further comprises electronically receiving a notification to indicate that the technician received the repair order information and electronically generating an electronic inspection form including a questionnaire for the technician to input inspection information in response to the notification. The method further comprises electronically receiving into the electronic inspection form the inspection information and determining that the electronic inspection form is complete based on whether at least one of the electronic inspection form has been generated and the inspection information is received.

  • Patent number: 7613627
Abstract: An automated and computer-implemented method for collecting and communicating inspection information for a mechanism. The method includes receiving repair order information from a repair order, generating an electronic inspection form, including a questionnaire for inputting inspection information, receiving inspection information which is input into the questionnaire of the electronic inspection form, and transmitting at least a portion of each of the inspection information and the repair information to cause the repair order to be appended with the transmitted information to obtain an appended repair order. The information contained on the appended repair order is suitable for communication to an individual requesting repair of the mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20060020477
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for integrating data output from a relationship between a customer and a service or product provider. The method includes receiving one or more customer vehicle attributes from two or more computer systems selected from the group consisting of: a service appointment system, a dealer management system, a marketing offer system, an accessory system, a vehicle inspection system, a follow-up system, and a concern resolution system; storing the one or more customer vehicle attributes into a data warehouse; and transmitting the one or more customer vehicle attributes stored in the data warehouse based upon an electronic request. Advantageously, the one or more customer vehicle attributes are integrated across the two or more computer systems to facilitate management of an after vehicle sales delivery relationship between a customer and a service or product provider.

  • Patent number: 6038308
Abstract: A method and apparatus for sending interswitch mail within a private automatic call distribution system from a first user to a second user of the automatic call distribution system using non-call associated temporary signalling connections. The method includes the steps of receiving a mail request from the first user to the second user of the private automatic call distribution system and determining a switch routing path from the first user to the second user. The method further includes the steps of requesting a private network type connection between the first switch and the second switch and transferring the mail from the first user to the second user using an ISDN protocol over the requested private type connection.

  • Patent number: 5426284
Abstract: Disclosed is a labeling and retrieval system that has a storage location label including a prefix area and a location area. The prefix area allows the label to contain information identifying one of several hierarchial levels of storage areas, and also identifies the label as a storage label rather than a media label. The machine readable information on the label is written at an angle that allows a bar code reading device to read only one label, and avoid reading adjacent labels. If the user arranges storage areas into a hierarchy, such as room, aisle, shelf, etc., an individual label may contain location information for more than one level of the hierarchy. The system retains each level of the hierarchy until new information for that level is input to the system or until new information at a higher level is input to the system.
