Abstract: Handle grip are configured to interface to the end of a bar allowing a user to employ the bar for motion, exercise, stretching or other activity. For example, the handle grips may slip onto the bar under force. The handle grips include a grip section, configured to provide a surface the user can grab. Accordingly, the grip surface may include features that increase the effective friction coefficient. The handle grip also includes an end section configured to react both axial and lateral loads applied by the user via the grip section. The bar can be sectioned, making storage and transport easier. Accordingly, the sectioned bar can be assembly to provide the desired length of exercise bar.
