Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including medium-encoded computer program products, for creating a cognitive function index. In one aspect, a method includes receiving first information concerning a person, the first information specifying the person's responses, and lack thereof, for components of a cognitive test administered to the person; generating a cognitive function score for the person by comparing the first information with second information concerning a group of people to whom the cognitive test has been administered; converting the cognitive function score to a value in an index comprising a range of values, wherein a first portion of the range corresponds to a cognitively impaired zone, a second portion of the range corresponds to a cognitively normal zone, and a third portion of the range corresponds to a zone of uncertainty defined by a confidence interval centered on a mid-point of the index; and providing the indexed value for the person.

Abstract: Multiple agent therapy for treatment of sexual dysfunction, including male erectile dysfunction, with sequential administration a type V phosphodiesterase inhibitor (PDE-5), such as sildenafil, preferably wherein the PDE-5 inhibitor is administered by oral dose means, and a melanocortin 3 and/or 4 receptor agonist, such as Ac-Nle-cyclo(-Asp-His-D-Phe-Arg-Trp-Lys)-OH (PT-141) preferably wherein the PT-141 is formulated for and administered by intranasal means, and further preferably wherein the PDE-5 inhibitor is administered prior to PT-141.

Abstract: A corrugator belt for a corrugator machine has a base joined into endless from by means of a clipper seam. The base has a first end and a second end, and a first side and a second side. A strip of compressible material wraps around each of the first and second ends from the first side to the second side, and the clipper hooks for the clipper seam are installed over the strips at each end. The compressible material of the strips protrudes between adjacent clipper hooks to prevent corrugated paper board being manufactured using the corrugator belt from firmly contacting the clipper hooks and being marked and otherwise damaged by them.
