    Abstract: Disclosed is a method of transferring data files from an internal memory within a portable wireless communication device to an external storage device by means of a wireless communication network. A connection is automatically established between the portable wireless communication device and the external storage device via the wireless communication network when a preset trigger condition within the portable wireless communication device occurs. Data files are automatically transferred from the portable wireless communication device to the external storage device using the established connection.
