    Abstract: A heated blanket is presented that includes a heat mesh contained therein for uniform heating of the heated blanket. Also presented is a system for heating an article including the aforementioned heated blanket and an optional thermostat for measuring the temperature of an article to be heated. As the temperature of the article departs from a preset temperature range, the thermostat controls power to the heated blanket thereby either completing or interrupting the electrical supply to the heated blanket depending on whether the article must be cooled or warmed.
