  • Publication number: 20190061454
Abstract: The invention relates to a leaf spring arrangement having a leaf spring made of a fibre-composite material and at least one bearing eye holder, wherein at least one end of the leaf spring is accommodated in a retaining element of the at least one bearing eye holder in a form-fitting manner in a longitudinal direction of the leaf spring, wherein the leaf spring has a length and a central longitudinal plane, wherein the leaf spring has, along its length, perpendicularly to the central longitudinal plane, a cross section in which both a depth and a height are constant along the entire length of the at least one end of the leaf spring, wherein the at least one end of the leaf spring is formed in an undulating manner, wherein the retaining element of the at least one bearing eye holder has a receptacle with a matching undulating shape, wherein the at least one end of the leaf spring has at least one undulation, wherein the receptacle of the at least one bearing eye holder is configured to accommodate the at least

  • Publication number: 20180298948
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a bearing arrangement, having a metallic bearing receptacle with a bearing socket, a rubber/metal bearing being pressed into the bearing socket, at least one recess being configured in an inner circumferential face of the bearing socket and/or in the outer circumferential face of the outer sleeve, and the rubber/metal bearing having a metallic outer sleeve which is pressed with an interference fit into the bearing socket.

  • Publication number: 20150343721
Abstract: A device for a resin-injection process for manufacturing an elongate fiber-composite component is disclosed having an upper die and a lower die, wherein the lower die forms a mold cavity for receiving a fiber-layer stack. The inner contour of the mold cavity substantially corresponds to the outer contour of the fiber-composite component to be produced. The device includes a gate 4 for introducing a matrix material into the mold cavity 5, and flow ducts which convey the matrix material are provided on the inner walls of the mold cavity. A method for manufacturing elongate fiber-composite components is disclosed, wherein a stack of a plurality of cut-to-size fiber layers is laid up in the mold cavity of a die comprising an upper die and a lower die. A higher fiber density is produced in the end regions of the stack of fiber layers than in the remaining regions when closing the die.
