  • Patent number: 4993579
Abstract: A container for controlling exposure to material stored in the container includes a substantially rigid enclosure that defines a central cavity and a set of openings including at least a first opening extending between the central cavity and a region exterior of the enclosure. The central cavity communicates with the region exterior of the enclosure only via the set of openings. A bladder is disposed in the central cavity and has a neck releasably secured in the enclosure at the first opening. The bladder receives a material to be stored and discharged only via the bladder neck. A tether is releasably secured between the bladder and the enclosure at the bottom of the cavity to prevent the bladder from moving toward the first opening and obstructing material flow through the neck. Caps seal the bladder and the enclosure opening to form a double sealed container.
