  • Patent number: 11987311
Abstract: A lock system for securing a battery of a vehicle operable by muscle power and/or motor power, in particular an electric bicycle. The lock system includes: a deadbolt which is pivotable about a bolt axis, a lock cylinder which is configured to actuate the deadbolt, and a lifting element which is coupled to the lock cylinder, the lock cylinder being movable into a holding position and into a release position, the lock cylinder in the holding position preventing a removal of the battery in a removal direction, and in the release position allowing the removal of the battery. The lifting element is configured to move the battery in the removal direction when the deadbolt is moved from the holding position into the release position.

  • Publication number: 20240051641
Abstract: An electric bicycle includes an electric drive, at least one frame tube having an interior, an electrical energy store arranged in the interior of the frame tube, and a holding device configured to establish a connection between the electrical energy store and the frame tube. The frame tube in the interior has a receiving portion for receiving the electrical energy store. The holding device is configured to fix the electrical energy store in the interior to the frame tube and has no electrical contacts. Additionally, the holding device fixes the electrical energy store in the frame tube at least by a radial force, and the holding device is connected to the electrical energy store without a screw connection.

  • Publication number: 20220315158
Abstract: A holding device for releasably holding an accumulator, in particular a bicycle accumulator, on a frame, especially a bicycle frame, and includes at least a carrier unit provided with at least a carrier element, especially a guide rail, for the at least partial accommodation and/or guidance of the accumulator. The holding device has at least a variation unit situated at least partially on the carrier element for the variable positioning of a locking unit at different positions of the carrier element, in particular viewed along a longitudinal axis of the carrier element.

  • Publication number: 20220131178
Abstract: A battery module comprising a plurality of stacks. Each stack comprises at least one cell holder and multiple battery cells. Each cell holder is designed to accommodate the battery cells of the respective stack. Pressing elements on opposite end faces of the cell holder abut both on the cell holder as well as on the battery cells and exert a force of pressure at least on the battery cells along a pressing direction. The stacks are situated adjoining along the pressing direction and are press-fitted along the pressing direction.

  • Publication number: 20220131235
Abstract: A battery including first and second cell stacks, electrically conductive cell connectors, and an electrically conductive stack connector. The battery cells of the cell stacks are positioned in parallel with each other. The cell connectors are situated on contacting sides of the cell stacks and each electrically interconnect at least two battery cells per contacting side and provide this electrical connection in a first and/or second contacting section of the battery using respective contact tabs. The stack connector is formed in one layer and is configured to bring together voltages of electrically connected battery cells provided by the contact tabs in the first contacting section, at a power terminal of the battery, to form an overall voltage of the battery. At least two adjacent contact tabs of the first cell stack and of the second cell stack are interconnected electrically in the second contacting section.
