  • Patent number: 10359243
Abstract: A heat exchanger (20) has at least two connections (58, 62) for the inflow of operating media. In a first of the connections (62), an insert (68) is provided for distributing the operating media to two different zones (22, 26) of the heat exchanger (20). In the insert (68) is arranged a valve (70), which can be actuated by the operating medium flowing in via one of the connections (62) and which, in a closed position, the valve (70) separates the different zones (22, 26) of the heat exchanger (20), whereas in a not-closed position, the valve (70) eliminates the separation between the different zones (22, 26) of the heat exchanger (20).
