    Abstract: An modular panel system in which each panel is connected to an intermediary member by a spring biased connector assembly. The connector assembly includes a pivotable finger member that has an extending portion that can grip an interior sidewall of the intermediary member. The system allows the user to quickly and easily position the panels in any orientation only limited by the shape of the intermediary member.
