    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a power supply subsystem for use in a system such as a memory storage system. The power supply subsystem includes a housing, redundant load sharing power supplies and a power supply adapter. The power supply adapter includes a voltage offset circuit which enables automatic calibration of redundant power supplies. With redundant power supplies which require a master and a slave, the voltage offset circuit automatically calibrates one power supply to be the master.
