Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for operating a vehicle including an engine and a fuel system. In one embodiment, a water drainage system for a fuel system comprises a fuel tank, a fuel-water separator in fluid communication with the fuel tank, and a purge tank in fluid communication with the fuel-water separator and the fuel tank, the purge tank separate from the fuel tank. The water drainage system further includes a fuel property sensor for detecting a presence of water and a purge line in fluid communication with the purge tank for removing fluid from the purge tank, a flow of the fluid from the purge tank controlled by a check valve.

Abstract: Many different methods, apparatus, and program products are disclosed for handling virtual signs over their life cycles. Potential future locations and headings of a mobile device are used to fetch virtual signs in advance of when the virtual signs might be used. Techniques are disclosed for handling timelines of virtual signs, including registering and responding to events in the timelines. Techniques are disclosed for allowing localities to license virtual signs. Techniques are disclosed to allow advertisers to bid for and win virtual sign competitions and product placement. Techniques are presented for presenting billing information to owners of virtual signs.

In one embodiment, a water drainage system for a fuel system comprises a fuel tank, a fuel-water separator, a separator water sensor, a drain valve, a purge tank, a purge tank water sensor, and a purge port. The fuel tank is in fluid communication with the fuel-water separator which is in fluid communication with the fuel-water separator which is in fluid communication with the drain valve which is in fluid communication with the purge tank. The purge tank is enclosed within and in fluid communication with the fuel tank. The separator water sensor may be operably disposed in the fuel-water separator and the purge tank water sensor may be operably coupled to the purge tank. The purge port is in fluid communication with the purge tank.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method, system and computer program for handing over a communication from a first party to a second party. The method comprises the steps of analyzing an audio communication with said first party for quality; and transcribing to text said audio communication with either a speech recognition function or a shadow or a human transcription service, based on said analyzing. The method comprises the further steps of editing the transcribed text; aligning said text with visual information viewed during said audio communication; and sending said transcribed text along with said visual information to said second party. The preferred embodiment of the invention provides a tool that can be used to great effect in the “Call Handover” scenario.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer product for masking speech. The system includes a signal acquiring apparatus for generating an electrical signal representative of the speech; a processing apparatus for using the electrical signal to provide an audio signal which cancels the speech; and a signal generator, also referred to as a babble generator, for providing a speech masking signal to mask any speech not canceled. The masking signal is generated by processing the speech in one of several ways so that its content is not intelligible.
