    Abstract: A circular hub containing an outside brake drum, an inside clutch drum spaced concentrically inward from the brake drum, and a plurality of circumferentially spaced supporting webs rigidly connecting the drums to each other; a plurality of spaced heat conducting fins attached to the inside of the brake drum and spaced away from the clutch drum to reduce the heat conduction from the brake drum to the clutch drum.
