  • Publication number: 20160338438
Abstract: A cover for an adjustment strap on a cap has a wrap and a securing part. The wrap wraps around the strap and has one part of a hook and loop fastener. The securing part has a flexible, elastic body with three dimensional indicia on one side. The body has the other part of the hook and loop fastener on the opposite side to secure the wrap around the strap. A method of making the cover includes molding the body and attaching part of the hook and loop fastener to the body.

  • Patent number: 8557189
Abstract: The present invention provides a system for the gasification of a liquid fuel and includes providing a supply of a liquid fuel and an oxidant, atomizing the liquid fuel and mixing it with the oxidant, catalytically reacting the fuel oxidant mixture, providing an ignition source for initiating the catalytic reaction, positioning a heat exchanger in proximity with the catalytic bed, and producing steam which can be fed back into the system thereby eliminating the need for a vaporizer. A hydrocarbon fuel can be mixed with oxygen, as a constituent of air, preferably forming a fuel rich fuel air mixture that passes through a catalytic reactor having an ultra-short channel length metal monolith substrate.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 6006362
Abstract: A cover for a headband size regulator used on a typical baseball style cap or visor. The cover cushions the wearer's head against the gouging and discomfort of headband size regulator straps. The cover is aesthetically pleasing and allows the wearer to display easily attachable indicia, such as logos, emblems and words on the back of their hat. The wearer can use the cover on caps with varying strap widths and on single leather strap and clasp size regulators.

  • Patent number: 5632709
Abstract: An aesthetically pleasing weight for shoes allows a user to customize his or her workout. The shoe weight slips under the shoelaces of workout shoe. The shoe weight is held firmly in place by the shoelace tension and shape of the shoe weight. A secondary securing cord can be used as a backup to hold the weight in position. The intensity of the workout can be varied by the number and magnitude of weight the user selects. Different muscle groups can be targeted by adjusting the position on the shoe on which the weight(s) is secured. The shoe weight is attractively shaped of polished metal. Conversely, the shoe weights can be coated. The coating can be colored, textured or the like.

  • Patent number: 4315313
Abstract: Diagnostic circuitry for use with the processor of a data processing system. The diagnostic circuitry includes a control register execution log for receiving control store addresses from a control register associated with an "EXECUTE+1" stage. A log pointer addresses the log when control store addresses are written into or read from the log. Test registers connected to the log and log pointer provide control store addresses and decrementing log addresses when the contents of the log are examined. One of the test registers is also used to hold a control store address for comparison with control store addresses of executing microinstructions, and when a match occurs, to generate a SYNC signal.
