  • Publication number: 20230364535
Abstract: Mounting system for mounting a screen panel in a continuous belt screen assembly. The mounting system includes a first and second set of links, the second set of links being configured to be interposed between, and aligned with, the first set of links. Each respective link defines a respective recessed portion. The continuous belt screen assembly has a pair of spaced, opposed endless belts and a plurality of screen panels arranged between the belts. The sets of links are mountable in spaced, parallel relationship between the belts. The second recessed portions face in a direction opposite to that of the first recessed portions, in use, so that the recessed portions define a channel in which the screen panel is receivable.

  • Patent number: 11786916
Abstract: A centrifuge basket includes a frustum-shaped hollow body defining a pair of opposed ends, being a larger end and a smaller end. The body defines an internal screening surface extending between the ends, the screening surface defining a plurality of apertures arranged to drain liquid from within the body. A plurality of ribs project into an interior of the body from the screening surface, the ribs being arranged in a plurality of annular arrays. The arrays are spaced axially along the screening surface and the ribs of at least one of the arrays are arranged transversely, at a defined included angle, relative to a generatrix line that forms a shape of the screening surface.

  • Patent number: 11673081
Abstract: A continuous belt screen assembly and related methods of controlling flow through the continuous belt screen assembly. The continuous belt screen assembly has a base, opposed sides, an inlet and at least one outlet. The assembly, in use, is arranged in a channel having a pair of opposed walls and containing a liquid. A flow restrictor for the continuous belt screen assembly includes a body mountable to a downstream end of the assembly to restrict the liquid flowing out of the at least one outlet. The body defines at least a portion of at least one aperture configured to control a level of the liquid upstream of the body.

  • Patent number: 11613867
Abstract: A locking assembly is provided for a cover. The cover is a substantially rigid cover configured to close off an opening to a void, said void bounded by a side wall. The cover defines a top side and an opposed underside. The locking assembly includes a mounting arrangement mountable to the underside. A link is pivotally connected to the mounting arrangement. The link defines a first end and a second, free end. A locking member is carried by the second, free end of the link. The locking member frictionally engages the side wall of the void in a locking position, in use. An actuating member connects to the link and is accessible via the top side. The actuating member displaces the link relative to the mounting arrangement to cause the locking member to frictionally disengage from the side wall of the void to a disengaged position.

  • Publication number: 20200094173
Abstract: A separation panel includes a body member defining a separation surface and an opposed surface with a plurality of apertures extending through the body member and opening out into the separation surface and the opposed surface of the body member. The body member is made up of a plurality of discrete elements secured together to form substantially hexagonal apertures. A securing arrangement secures the discrete elements together.
