    Abstract: A multi-layer printed circuit board for use in a computer mother board, a camera-incorporated multi-chip module (VTR MCM), a chip size package (CSP), a portable phone and the like, and a manufacturing method therefor, having a misregistration of layers that can be directly detected by human eyes. Also a wrong disposing of layers can be detected by human eyes accurately. A visually recognizable misregistration recognition strip and a visually recognizable wrongly disposed layer recognizing strip are provided on a router path of each of the circuited layers, for making it possible to detect the wrong disposition and the misregistration by human eyes.
