  • Patent number: 8913119
Abstract: The short distance iris recognition camera of the present invention has a prism, installed on top of a guide for an infrared LED light, which has an inclined surface and a protrusion part, thereby enhancing the degree of uniformity in brightness around an iris, and thus enhancing iris recognition, and also effectively preventing static electricity from being delivered to internal devices. To accomplish this, the camera for iris recognition according to the present invention comprises a sensor and accessory circuits, a lens, and a lighting source including a white light and an infrared LED light. The lighting source is spaced apart from the lens centerline by a set length. The object plane of the lens is located where the iris is located, and is spaced apart by a set length L from the end of the lens. In practice, the object plane comprises the area around the lens centerline. The phase surface of the lens is an image sensor surface.

  • Publication number: 20080068565
Abstract: Provided is a micro display device. The device includes a controller for controlling a whole operation; an interface for receiving an image signal; a micro display for receiving the image signal from the interface; and an optical system for receiving the image signal from the micro display, and magnifying the received image signal. The micro display is provided in a position not consistent with an optical axis, at an upper side or a lower side of the optical axis of the optical system. The optical system includes a lens only partially provided by half or more with respect to the optical axis, in front of the micro display; and a mirror only partially provided by half or more corresponding to an opposite side of the lens with respect to the optical axis.

  • Patent number: 6147745
Abstract: An exposure apparatus includes a frame member with a first stage having a substrate disposed thereon provided in a lower portion of the frame member. A leveling mechanism is provided for adjusting an orientation of the first stage. The exposure apparatus further includes a second stage positioned over the first stage and fixed to the frame member. A reticle is positioned on the second stage. An exposure area limiting mechanism is provided in the exposure apparatus and positioned over the second stage. The exposure area limiting mechanism defines an opening through which light is capable of passing during exposure for limiting an exposure area of the second stage. The exposure apparatus also includes an illumination system to irradiate light to the exposure area limiting means.
