Abstract: An adjustable height inverted lawn and garden sprinkler is disclosed. The embodiment of the invention includes an integral base assembly, telescoping water pipe, swivel, water control valves, and sprinkler wands, said base attached to lower end of telescoping water pipe, said swivel attached to opposite end of telescoping water pipe, water control valves attached to a tee at the other end of said swivel and at right angles of said telescoping water pipe, and said wands attached to water control valves by threaded connection or other standard attachment means.

Abstract: A solar powered fresh air vehicle ventilation system is disclosed. This invention relates to reducing the temperature of the interior of a vehicle parked in the sun. The embodiment of the invention includes a heating ventilation air conditioning blower/vacuum including a centrifugal fan driven by an electric motor. The electric motor is powered by photovoltaic cells. A temperature sensor and controller may activate the system An exhauster/intake vent allows the egress and ingress of fresh air into the vehicle's interior.

Abstract: Toilet Seat Lifter with a foot petal and attached lever arm, a base plate and integral fulcrum assembly, a telescoping lifting rod and a seat attachment bracket. The lifting rod is attached at one end to the lever arm by of a hinge pin. The seat bracket is attached at right angles to the opposite end of the lifting rod by a pivot shaft that pins the bracket to the lifting rod. The seat bracket is attached to the toilet seat by double sided adhesive tape. The base plate is attached to a bathroom floor by double sided adhesive tape . A preferred embodiment includes the foot plate having a non skid top surface.
