Publication number: 20130218967Abstract: The subject technology suggests one or more activities based on one or more contacts of a user. In some configurations, a user selects one or more contacts. The subject technology then performs a query determining one or more activities based on the selected contacts that at least a subset of the users have indicated a desire to do a respective activity. For instance, each of the determined activities include a parameter indicating such a desire (e.g., a “want to do” parameter). The activities determined from the query are ranked based on one or more different criteria. In one example, the activities are ranked according to a number of selected contacts associated with a corresponding activity. Additionally, a group message can be provided for each selected contact associated with a respective activity in order to facilitate communication between the user and contacts.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 22, 2012Publication date: August 22, 2013Inventors: Stephen Chau, Andrew Timothy Szybalski, Andrea Lynn Frome, Derek King Prothro, Stephane Lafon

Patent number: 8388887Abstract: A ceramic implant having a rough surface texture and a method for forming the same. The method includes forming a green body of a first ceramic composition. The green body is reduced to smaller pieces thereby forming ceramic fragments. A mold is filled with a second ceramic composition to form a ceramic base. Ceramic fragments are added to the mold and an outer layer is formed over at least a portion of the ceramic base. Pressure is applied to the mold to compress the outer layer onto the ceramic base and to form a green assembly. The green assembly is sintered to form a ceramic implant having a rough surface texture.Type: GrantFiled: April 12, 2010Date of Patent: March 5, 2013Assignee: Biomet Manufacturing Corp.Inventors: Gautam Gupta, Daniel Norton, Derek King

Patent number: 8307475Abstract: A bassinet for mounting on a play yard frame is supported to provide a swinging movement of the bassinet relative to the play yard. The bassinet is suspended from four detachable connector mounts that slide over the upper frame member of the play yard frame by three flexible support members and a single rigid support member that is operatively connected to a motor housed within a motorized connector mount to drive the swinging motion for the bassinet. The movement induced into the bassinet is controlled by the four support members to keep the bottom surface of the bassinet at a horizontal orientation throughout the swinging movement. The bottom board of the play yard is formed in segments which can be reconfigured to fit in the bassinet. The end segment can be folded below the remaining segments, or in the alternative removed, to affect the reconfiguration for the bassinet structure.Type: GrantFiled: October 21, 2008Date of Patent: November 13, 2012Assignee: Wonderland Nurserygoods Co., LtdInventors: James M. Patent number: 7862069Abstract: A basket structure for a stroller is formed with a basket tube extending around the upper surface of the basket structure from one seat tube to the laterally opposing seat tube. The basket tube is a single formed tubular member that extends rearwardly from the seat tubes and bends downwardly at a rearward end thereof to define an access opening. The formed basket tube is depressed at the access opening below the surface against which the seat back is located when lowered into a reclined position. The access opening, therefore, remains open and allows access into the interior of the basket, even when the seat back is reclined, without disturbing the child positioned in the seat.Type: GrantFiled: May 11, 2007Date of Patent: January 4, 2011Assignee: Wonderland Nurserygoods Co., LtdInventor: Derek A. Patent number: 7818832Abstract: A play yard frame structure includes upper and lower horizontal frame members and vertical frame members with a fabric body that extends over the exterior of the frame structure. The fabric body has fastening tabs that extend from the corners of the fabric body corresponding to the vertical frame members to be passed through openings in the foot members for fastening to the foot members on a surface that is not on the exterior of the frame structure to provide a taut panel that extends around the lower perimeter of the play yard below the lower horizontal frame members. The bassinet structure includes a height adjustment feature that enables the floor surface of the bassinet structure to be positioned selectively at multiple height positions relative to the upper horizontal frame members. In one embodiment, the fabric walls of the bassinet include secondary frame tunnels for supporting the bassinet frame.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2008Date of Patent: October 26, 2010Assignee: Wonderland Nurserygoods Co., Ltd.Inventors: Curtis M.
