  • Publication number: 20240362673
Abstract: Systems and methods for using models to optimize suggestions for long-term and short-term goals are disclosed. In one aspect, a method may include receiving input data associated with promotion of a product to one or more target entities, and defining a plurality of temporal goals for attainment based at least in part on the input data. The plurality of temporal goals may be classified into at least two categories of different timescales. The method may further include providing the plurality of temporal goals and a set of constraints to an optimization model comprising an objective function, and using the optimization model to generate a set of multi-dimensional actions with predicted action values for at least a subset of the plurality of channels. The predicted action values can collectively maximize an impact value of the objective function while balancing a feasibility of the plurality of temporal goals with respect to one another.

  • Patent number: 11947447
Abstract: An electronic system includes a first data retriever to communicate with a first database associated with an analytic tool, and a second data retriever to communicate with a second database associated with an electronic testing device; wherein the analytic tool is configured to store information regarding actual usage of a product in the first database; wherein the electronic testing device is configured to store product testing data for the product in the second database; wherein the first data retriever comprises a first communication interface to electronically receive the information; wherein the second data retriever comprises a second communication interface to electronically receive the product testing data; and wherein the electronic system further comprises a processing unit configured to compute a score indicating a quality of product testing for the product based on the information regarding the actual usage of the product and/or the product testing data.

  • Publication number: 20210300964
Abstract: Methods for the production of high purity recombinant protein such as monoclonal antibodies (mAb) using disulfide bond re-oxidation are provided. In particular, the present disclosure provides methods for converting partial molecules (e.g., antibody fragments) to full molecules (e.g., full antibodies) comprising admixing a starting solution comprising the partial molecules with a redox buffer comprising a redox pair which comprises at least one thiol reducing agent (e.g., cysteine) and at least one thiol oxidizing agent (e.g., cystine), wherein the redox buffer re-oxidizes the partial molecules to full molecules. The disclosed methods can be used, e.g., to prevent or mitigate the formation of partial molecules during protein purification, or to reprocess or rescue a solution comprising partial molecules (e.g., a partially degraded pharmaceutical formulation).

  • Publication number: 20180341886
Abstract: A decision support engine for dynamically scheduling interactions between a first party and a second party includes: a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory having stored therein instructions, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive an inputted target file including a target number of first channel interactions and a target number of second channel interactions; receive an inputted date period; receive calendar data of the first party; distribute the first and second channel interactions over the date period; compare the date of a first one of the assigned first channel interactions with the corresponding date of the first party's calendar data, and when the calendar data indicates there is a conflict, shifting the first one of the assigned first channel interactions by one day and comparing the new date with the corresponding date of calendar data.
