Abstract: Systems and methods of reserving a rental property include the automated delivery of property management data, located at various property management computers, to a centralized database and the translation of the data into a universal format. A centralized property reservation system, associated with the centralized database, reserves a specific property, such as a specific apartment unit, in real time. The reservation may be established by, for example, annotating the record of the property in the centralized database. Furthermore, a user may be pre-screened online with respect to a specific property. The systems and methods are also configured to provide lead information to the property managers.
