    Abstract: A glenoid implant system for use in a reverse total shoulder replacement of a patient that includes a movable glenosphere, a baseplate, and a connector for movably connecting the glenosphere to the baseplate. The glenosphere and the baseplate are configured so that a central axis of the glenosphere is movable non-axially relative to a central axis of the baseplate. Further disclosed is a method having the steps of exposing and resecting a bone, securing a baseplate into the bone with the baseplate having a central axis, securing a glenosphere to the baseplate and non-axially moving the glenosphere relative to the central axis of the baseplate. Also disclosed is a method that includes the steps of rotating an arm in a medial direction, moving a glenosphere anteriorly relative to a baseplate attached to a glenoid, rotating the arm in a lateral direction, and moving the glenosphere posteriorly relative to the baseplate.

At least one augmentation device is operable to extend through the at least one thru-hole. The augmentation device includes a post having a first end, a second end and a length sized to enable the augmentation device to traverse a defect in the bone when the base plate is anchored to the bone. A fastener portion is positioned at the first end of the post. The fastener portion is operable to fasten to the base plate. A footing portion is positioned at the second end of the post. The footing portion is operable to abut against a surface of the bone within the defect when the fastener portion is fastened to the base plate.

A head of the reamer includes a rear face connected to the first end of the shaft, a cutting face on an opposing side of the head relative to the rear face, and a perimeter portion having an inner perimeter diameter and an outer perimeter diameter. The outer perimeter diameter defines outer boundaries of the rear face and the cutting face. A blade member of the reamer is disposed upon the cutting face and extends at least across the inner perimeter diameter of the perimeter portion. A center drill bit is disposed on the cutting face. The drill bit and cutting blade are concentric about a center axis of the reamer.
