  • Publication number: 20230031692
Abstract: The invention is directed to systems, devices, and methods for measuring force and repetitions during exercise or rehabilitation activities. Devices in accordance with embodiments may include: a casing; a processor within the casing; a display visibly on the casing; a first attachment portion on one end of the casing; a second attachment portion on an opposite end of the casing; and a force sensor connected to the first and the second attachment portion, the force sensor in communication with the processor. Methods may include: attaching a pneumatic exercise device to the wireless force measurement device; conducting exercises causing a piston in the pneumatic exercise device to move compared to from the wireless force measurement device; counting, by the device, the number of times the piston moves towards or away from the device; determining, by the device the amount of force applied through the pneumatic exercise device during the exercise.

  • Patent number: 6860197
Abstract: Food Injection Device has an injection tube member and integral handle, and a piston holding stand. The tube member is rigid and has a thin wall structure capable of piercing and penetrating a variety of food items and retaining the food items for future deposit into a second food item. The piston is positioned within the piston holding stand in such a way that the injection tube can fit over the piston and be retained by the piston holding stand so that when the tube handle is pushed down, the tube moves down the stationary piston and the food item within the tube is prevented from moving by the piston and is therefore left within the second food item. A preferred embodiment includes a variety of shaped injection tubes such as heart shaped, star shaped, and circular shaped.

  • Patent number: 6321647
Abstract: The novelty perforating machine perforates paper, such as paper money and similar paper or paperlike sheet material, in a manner that the original purpose of the paper is not lost, but when it is held to the light, a light pattern representing the novelty is seen. Thus, a paper money bill can be perforated with a selected pattern to form a novelty item, such as an outline picture of the area in which the perforating machine is situatuated.

  • Patent number: 5860879
Abstract: A badminton shuttlecock-type article of manufacture used primarily as a throwing toy against a wall having a novel "flip" during rebounding caused by a rubber ball front, in which distortion of the rubber ball upon impact against the wall is confined to the rubber ball surface making contact, and this increases the flight of the rebound to an extent that the challenge of catching the toy on the rebound is part of its play value.

  • Patent number: 5458329
Abstract: The game ball is a prolate spheroid ball like an American football. It is of smaller size and lighter weight to be used by young people. The ball is characterized by a straight unobstructed cylindrical hole through the center. In one embodiment fins are provided on the outside to spin the ball. The fins are at an angle of 13 to 22 degrees to the ball's longitudinal axis and may be adjustable. In another embodiment, the ball may have axial or spiral holes therethrough radially outward from the center hole.

  • Patent number: 5277641
Abstract: Spinning toy carries a reservoir thereon with radially outward positioned discharge openings. When the reservoir is spun, water is discharged due to centrifugal forces resulting from the rotation of the spinning toy. A preferred embodiment is an aerodynamic disc.

  • Patent number: 5134869
Abstract: A keysafe has tumblers which are set by a key-like programmer and has combination wheels which, when correctly set, have slots which receive the set tumblers. Thus, there is a unique combination for each programmer. In order to reset the combination wheels to their beginning, reference position, a slot is provided in each combination wheel, together with a lock bar which can enter the slot when the combination wheels are in the reference position. This lock bar is actuated to permit the programmer to be withdrawn.

  • Patent number: 4397465
Abstract: A toy vehicular track formed of a thin strip of flexible material having a pair of lines parallel to its length formed to enhance bending. The strip is connected at one end to a drum the rotation of which causes the strip to be rolled on the drum for storage. The strip fits through a shaper so that when it is pulled from the drum and through the shaper it is bent along the aforementioned lines so that a track with curbs for a toy vehicle is formed.

  • Patent number: 4386639
Abstract: A normally closed drain valve is substituted for the normal drain plug in a conventional automobile crank case. Rather than remove the normally provided drain plug each time the oil is to be drained, it is only necessary to open the drain valve. Opening of this valve is accomplished by a specially designed coupler connected to a plastic bag. The arrangement is such that when the coupler is urged over the drain valve and twisted, the valve automatically opens to fill the bag with oil. The coupler can then be twisted back to its original position to close the drain valve and removed with the bag containing the oil. The entire operation can be accomplished only using one hand and with substantially no risk of oil spilling or soiling the operator.

  • Patent number: 4325240
Abstract: Locking mechanism has both a key setting multiple tumblers to unique positions and a combination wheel for each tumbler so that opening of the lock requires setting each wheel to correspond to its tumbler position. For a single lock, different keys require different combinations. A mechanical recorder records the wheel positions with each lock opening so that all combinations used for access can be read, if necessary.
