Abstract: A technique for offsetting an orientation of signal lines in a printed circuit board involves rotating the printed circuit board prior to or as the signal lines are fabricated in the printed circuit board. Such offsetting results in a printed circuit board in which the signal lines are not orthogonal with an arrangement of woven glass fibers formed in the printed circuit board.

Abstract: A process tracking reference voltage generator has been developed for an input/output system. The voltage generator includes a driver component that transmits an output signal to a receiver component. The receiver component generates a reference voltage in relation to the output signal as it varies with changing system operating conditions.

Abstract: An information transfer system includes a transmitter and a receiver for transferring information over a differential communication link. The transmitter circuit includes a plurality of gated driver circuits each associated with one of a plurality separate phases of a clock signal, all of the gated driver circuits having respective outputs connected to a differential driver. Each gated driver circuit receives at a respective input a respective one of a plurality of selected information signals and transmits it over the communication link in response to the associated clock signal phase.
