A tray is supported on the at least one support member and abuts the front face. In the deployed position, the support member holds the tray at a forward angle, to facilitate access to the goods in the tray by customers.

A divider is secured to the body to separate a dumpster interior into first and second compartments. The first lid covers the first compartment and the second lid covers the second compartment. The dumpster includes a locking assembly that allows one lid to be locked while the other lid remains unlocked, and which also allows both lids to be locked at the same time. Each lid includes a support frame to provide reinforcement during an emptying process when one lid is locked.

A latch is moveable between a locked position where the cover is held fixed relative to the water meter pit frame to close the opening and an unlocked position where the cover is moveable relative to the water meter pit frame to allow access to the opening. The latch comprises a rotatable cam that engages the water meter pit frame when in the locked position.
