  • Patent number: 11714773
Abstract: An information handling system includes a processor that provides a USB-2 channel and a USB-3 channel to a device. The device provides the USB-2 and -3 channels to selected ports. Each port includes a USB-3 enable setting. When the USB-3 enable setting for each particular USB port is in a first state, the associated device USB-3 channel is active, and when the USB-3 enable setting for each particular USB port is in a second state, the associated device USB-3 channel is inactive. The USB-3 enable setting for at least one of the USB ports is placed into the second state to reduce electromagnetic interference between the associated USB-3 channel and an antenna.

  • Publication number: 20230049571
Abstract: Described are a height adjust stand (HAS) for a display and an all in one computing device. The HAS includes a base. A riser assembly connects to the base, and angled greater than 90 degrees from vertical of the HAS. A lift plate in the riser assembly that includes an arm, the arm angled greater than 90 degrees from vertical of the HAS. The lift plate provides vertical travel for the display. A VESA assembly includes a mating component that fits into the opening of the arm. The VESA assembly including an internal hinge that provides tilt for the display. In an all in one computing device, a computing cartridge assembly is snapped into the back of the riser assembly.

  • Patent number: 11507166
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method for monitoring total power consumption of a component coupled to a riser card includes: capturing, by a power cable sensor, a first signal associated with a power cable; receiving, by a power monitor, the first signal from the power cable sensor via a first bus; determining, by the power monitor, a first power consumption level indicating a first voltage supplied to the component via the power cable; capturing, by a card slot sensor, a second signal associated with a card slot; receiving, by the power monitor, the second signal from the card slot sensor via a second bus; determining, by the power monitor, a second power consumption level indicating a second voltage supplied to the component via the card slot; and determining, by the power monitor, a total power consumption level associated with the component based on the first and the second power consumption levels.

  • Patent number: 10849450
Abstract: An anti-fatigue mat is disclosed including a foam member and a gel member that each exhibit a different durometer. The foam member includes a support surface that supports the gel member atop the foam member. The foam member includes a foam ramp that extends outwardly downward from the gel member to a bottom surface of the foam member. A flexible cover layer is situated above the gel member and extends over the foam ramp so that the foam member and the flexible cover layer together encapsulatively seal the gel member therein. The flexible cover layer includes an indentation region situated substantially adjacent a gel/foam interface between the gel member and the foam member and further situated a predetermined distance from the peripheral edge of the mat in one embodiment. The bottom surface of the mat may include a non-slip surface to stabilize the mat on the particular surface that the mat covers.
