  • Publication number: 20230301480
Abstract: A burnisher for cleaning and polishing floors is provided. The burnisher includes at least one electric motor powered by at least one battery. The at least one battery can be provided as one or more lithium ion batteries. The burnisher is configured to rotate a burnisher pad at various speeds, as selected by the operator. The burnisher includes a control area including various input and output devices that can control the burnisher and provide information regarding operational parameters of the burnisher, respectively. The control area further includes a touchscreen display that allows the operator to direct the operation of the burnisher.

  • Publication number: 20210348845
Abstract: The present invention provides a kit that may be added to existing floor dryers so that the dryers may purify the air it uses to dry floors while it dries the floors. The kit may be added to existing floor dryers or pre-installed on newly manufactured floor dryers. The kit includes an adapter that may be used to mount the kit to the intake of the dryer. It also includes an air filter that removes particulates from air drawn into the dryer. A UV light source is contained within the filter that also treats air drawn into the air dryer to kill microorganisms contained in the air before the air is blow out from the dryer to dry the floor.

  • Publication number: 20180135564
Abstract: The present invention relates to a propane shutoff system. The system may include a regulator having a first section, and may further include a fuel lock-off in fluid communication with the regulator. The fuel lock-off is operable to stop a flow of fuel into the regulator. The system may also include a high pressure switch for monitoring pressure entering the regulator, and a low pressure switch for monitoring pressure within the first section of the regulator. The high pressure switch may cause the fuel lock-off to stop the flow of fuel into the regulator upon detection of a pressure entering the regulator higher than a predetermined value. The low pressure switch may cause the fuel lock-off to stop the flow of fuel into the regulator upon detection of a pressure within the regulator higher than a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 6353957
Abstract: A gearbox arrangement couples an input shaft to an output shaft whereby the output shaft is driven by the input shaft in a constant rotational direction but at two different rotational speeds depending upon the particular direction of rotation of an input shaft for a given rotational speed of the input shaft. The input shaft has an input gear integral therewith and the output shaft has an output gear integral therewith. A first unidirectional clutch couples the input shaft with the output shaft such that rotation of the input shaft in a first input direction at a first input speed rotates the output shaft in a first output direction at a first output speed, but rotation of the input shaft in a second, opposite input direction causes the first unidirectional clutch to slip. An idler gear meshes with and is driven by the input gear. An intermediate shaft has a first intermediate gear integral therewith. The first intermediate gear is meshed with and driven by the idler gear.
