Abstract: Systems and methods for sending a voice clip as a short message service (SMS) message in place of a voicemail providing include a provider device including an options screen, a cell site, and message management circuitry communicatively coupled to the cell site and a contact center. The provider device is structured to call a receiving device. If the provider device fails to receive an answer, the user of the provider device is presented with multiple options: leave a video recording in a text message, leave the voice clip in a text message, transcribe voice clip to text message, or leave a voicemail. The user of the provider device then selects one of the multiple options on the provider device. The provider device then transitions from a dialer to a message application and delivers the message to the receiving device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing voice assisted data during a branded voice session via a telecommunication network include a provider device including an in-call dialer interface, a cell site, and message management circuitry communicatively coupled to a call center. The provider device is structured to receive an indication of an in-call message during a branded voice session, determine a call address responsive to receiving the indication of the in-call message, generate a message interface including the call address, receive, by the message interface, the voice assisted data, and based on the call address, provide the voice assisted data during the branded voice session.

Abstract: Methods, devices, media, and systems are provided for scam protection. In aspects, a first device transmits an audio or textual communication to a recipient device. The recipient device may display identification data associated with the first device, such as a telephone number, location data, hardware information, and carrier information, for example. The identification data may be compared to authentication identification data and scam identification data stored in a central database and generated from reports from a plurality of user devices to determine an identity of the first device. As such, the recipient device may also display the determined identity of the first device (e.g., “IRS Scam”). Further, the recipient device may display a selectable icon, wherein a selection of the selectable icon causes a transmission of information relating to the identification data or the identity of the first device to a server.
