  • Publication number: 20250106016
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a privacy-preserving computation method and apparatus for secure three-party matrix hybrid multiplication, and relates to the field of privacy-preserving computation technologies. The present disclosure focuses on a secure three-party matrix hybrid multiplication problem. Specifically, a secure two-party matrix multiplication protocol and a secure three-party matrix multiplication protocol are constructed. Then, a privacy-preserving computation request is obtained, and the privacy-preserving computation request is decoded to obtain a decoded privacy-preserving computation request. Finally, the secure two-party matrix multiplication protocol or the secure three-party matrix multiplication protocol is matched based on the decoded privacy-preserving computation request, to complete privacy-preserving computation of each participant. In this way, privacy-preserving computation can be implemented in a high-efficient, secure, and reliable manner.

  • Publication number: 20250106004
Abstract: Disclosed is a privacy-preserving computation method and system for secure three-party linear regression, relating to the technical field of privacy-preserving computation. The method includes: processing, by two participants, two private transposed matrices and two private matrices by using a 2PHMP to obtain ?1 and ?2; processing, by the two participants, ?1 and ?2 by using a 2PIP to obtain u1 and u2; splitting, by the first participant, a first private transposed matrix into v1 and ?; obfuscating and overlaying, by the second participant, a second private transposed matrix with ? to obtain v2; and processing v2, u1, u2, v1, and a third private matrix by using a 3PHMP to obtain a regression coefficient matrix.

  • Publication number: 20250103675
Abstract: Disclosed are a privacy-preserving computation method and system for secure two-party matrix hybrid multiplication, and a medium. The method includes: A first computation participant and a second computation participant perform secure two-party matrix multiplication based on a private matrix A1 and a private matrix B2 and based on a private matrix A2 and a private matrix B1 by using a secure two-party matrix multiplication protocol, randomly split each matrix multiplication result into two random data items. At the same time, the first computation participant performs private matrix multiplication based on the private matrix A1 and the private matrix A2, and the second computation participant performs private matrix multiplication based on the private matrix B1 and the private matrix B2. The first computation participant and the second computation participant each obtain a final outcome matrix, and send the final outcome matrix to a computation requester to compute a privacy-preserving computation result.

  • Publication number: 20250021620
Abstract: A server-assisted secure two-party inversion computation method, system, and apparatus are disclosed, relating to the field of data security. The method includes the following steps: the participant node A, the participant node Bob, the auxiliary computing node P, the auxiliary computing node Q, and the auxiliary computing node S perform a third three-party matrix multiplication based on a secure three-party matrix multiplication protocol 3PMP, and a result of the three-party matrix multiplication is randomly split into private matrices, which are then sent to a party requesting the secure two-party inversion computation, to obtain a final result of the two-party inversion computation. The present disclosure has characteristics such as parallelism, security, reliability, and the ability to effectively resist collusion among a plurality of server nodes.
