The pipe flange (12) also comprises a second annular portion formed by an annular lip (20) with a second inside diameter substantially equal to or greater than the inside diameter of the end of the pipe wherein, in use, a weld can be applied around the inside circumference of the hub (14) between the annular lip (20) and the end of the pipe.

Abstract: An epoxy resin represented by general formula (I) satisfying numerical formula (1) with hydrolytic halogen of 0.05 wt. % or less, said epoxy resin produced as follows: after dissolving 0.8 to 1.3 mole of epihalohydrin to 1 mole of divalent phenol in a solvent, a pre-reaction is performed over 30 to 70 minutes by adding dropwise 0.25-0.35 mole of 30˜50% aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide over 30 to 70 minutes thereto, and thereafter, 0.65-0.75 mole of the remaining 30˜50% aqueous solution of alkali metal hydroxide is added dropwise over about 1 hour to complete the reaction over 1 to 3 hours. 0.5?X/Y?1.

Abstract: A golf ball collecting device including a cup adapted to successfully hold a golf ball therein. The cup incorporates a metal disc of magnetic material to enable the device to be attached by magnetic force to the end of a golf club. In this manner the golf club with the device attached thereto can be used to retrieve a golf ball from ground level without having to bend down. The golf ball can be gripped by the device by aiming the cup at the golf ball and pressing on it slightly, thus allowing the golfer to easily retrieve the ball without having to bend over or kneel and risk straining their knees or back. The device can be quickly and easily attached to the golf club by a second metal disc attached to the handle grip, and just as quickly and easily removed after the golf ball has been retrieved.
