These catalysts may optionally contain one or more of tin, antimony, arsenic, copper, cerium, boron, chromium, iron, nickel, cobalt, uranium, manganese, strontium, silver, rubidium, rhodium, cadmium, bismuth, indium, zinc and lanthanum.
